The administration of affairs refers to one 's ability to effectively and efficiently manage a business while maintaining profitability. But what does that mean? Anyone can 'manage' trade, right? When we look at small businesses in the United States, we must ask, "Small companies have the financial means to pay for similar resources such as a finance director, or a qualified VP of Sales"? When we look at the larger companies and as directing their sales and marketing efforts, we find that most large companies have the financial means to employ employees on a full-time who are experts in sales and in the market. We can say the same for the third function of the operations and production of traditional business. Again, large businesses have the disposable income have full-time positions for a general manager, responsible for production and sometimes, a vice president of operations. Again, small businesses rarely have the opportunity to pay salaries to experts full-time, which can cost thousands of business annually dollars. So, now we know that trade requires the traditional areas of expertise of individuals in particular, such as finance, marketing, sales, production, operations and administration. As a small businessman, you can pay the salaries of full-time each of these employees? I have seen that many companies and I, one million-dollar I saw some companies of one billion-dollar, the only difference is that one pays employees full-time experts and the other doesn 't. Obviously, the biggest companies have the money to pay employees and small business experts don 't. There I met a businessman, a chairman or CEO of a company that can tell me that their trade is running so smoothly that don 't need to change. That is simply not true. The stirring of a natural United States is what causes the need for change in all businesses of all sizes and assure you that if you are not constantly rethinking your business strategies, your competition is. You can say that your business is flexible enough to direct your competition and stay in front of the curve, or that your business can handle the economic daily fluctuations in the U.S.? Take some of these questions. 1.Have your total income went up or down from last year? 2.Has your profit went up or down from last year? 3.Where the dollar following is coming from? 4.Are you tired of going to work? 5.Do you have inventory levels sufficient? 6. How many employees you reported on a daily basis? 7.Do your employees really do what you ask and expect of them? 8.Do you have a management team in place?
