A Director is a project that examines the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to describe, organize, supervise and monitor the various processes of project. In saying that, roles and responsibilities of a Director of Project differ from the company. It is important to understand what role a Director of Project particular take place in a particular company or organization. Occasionally, a Director of Project may have the responsibility but not authority. For example, they can use certain resources but could not have direct control over those resources. In these times, the person responsible could be certain limitations on the execution of operation, which could not take place and they could accept. I do not have direct control over the condition of Finance and the distribution of finances could cause ambiguity. To succeed, the Director of Project must be given support by the Administration and by superiors.
